Rescue workers save dog from collapsed building, 65 hours after earthquake in Turkey

Rescue workers in Turkey saved a dog from a collapsed building in the Bayrakli district. The dog had been stuck for 65 hours.

A powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 6.6 hit Turkey on Friday. The country’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said early Monday that 79 people died.

Rescue teams have been working around the clock, searching for people and animals that are still alive under the rubble of collapsed buildings.
